Telephone Training
Telephone trainings are audio conference programs that you participate in from your credit
union. When your credit
union registers for a telephone training, the registered attendee will be sent an Access Number to log onto the conference call.
These sessions are ideal for on-site credit union training for several employees!

Webinars
Webinars are a great way to train staff at your office. Whether you have 1 or more staff to be trained, all you need is access
to a telephone connection and a computer. You can use an LCD projector to train multiple staff at one time. Webinars are available in both live and recorded formats.

sthompson@colocu.com to order a recorded session of the webinar.
Once registered, handout materials are sent to the registered participant prior to the program and should be copied
for all other participants. The computer connection for the participant should be tested with the webinar system 1 day
prior to the session.
